ALPHR Technology has used numerous types of robots over the years. Our history with assembly line robotics has included Cartesian, SCARA, and full 6-axis robots, from a wide range of manufacturers. Applications include part pick & place, automated screwing systems, adhesive and sealant dispensing, vision inspection and validation, part gauging, compression limiter insertion, and ultrasonic staking, to name but a few. Machine loading and unloading is ideally suited to the use of robotics, allowing operators to be utilised elsewhere.
Bespoke Assembly Lines
Robots have been integrated into rotary machines and palletised assembly and test lines, as well as standalone stations. The use of robotics in automation and assembly line patterns can significantly reduce cycle time, operator input errors and failure rates whilst improving safety.
ALPHR is able to provide visualisations, animations, and timings for robotised applications, helping to mitigate risk early in the project and ensure specified cycle times can be achieved.
