Assembly Line Robotics

Applications include part pick & place, automated screwing systems, adhesive and sealant dispensing, vision inspection and validation, part gauging, compression limiter insertion, and ultrasonic staking, to name but a few. Machine loading and unloading is ideally suited to the use of robotics, allowing operators to be utilised elsewhere.
Bespoke Assembly Lines
Robots have been integrated into rotary machines and palletised assembly and test lines, as well as standalone stations. The use of robotics in automation and assembly line patterns can significantly reduce cycle time, operator input errors and failure rates whilst improving safety.
