Earlier this month, we opened the doors of our European facility for a special event: the ALPHR EU Open Day. It was a chance for customers, suppliers, students and partners to visit our space, meet our people, and get a closer look at what we do. But what really made the day stand out was the energy in the room and the mix of people under one roof.
We were joined by representatives from across the Indutrade Systems Group including our partners at VES, Nolek, and Natgraph, with company presentations delivered throughout the day. Each team took the stage to introduce their work, share what makes them different, and talk about the opportunities ahead. Presentations were also made by the suppliers that were exhibiting. Find out more about the suppliers below:
Company Stands on the Factory Floor
Alongside the presentations, each company had a stand set up across our factory floor. This turned the space into something of a live marketplace. Customers and suppliers could walk around, stop for a chat, and see real products and technologies up close.
It is one thing to talk about automation or integration in a meeting room. It is another to walk through the shop floor, talk to engineers, and get your hands on the machines. That face-to-face connection made a real difference.
Supporting the Next Generation of Engineers
One of the highlights of the day had nothing to do with sales or strategy. It was the student robotics team from Liceul Național de Informatică in Arad. ALPHR sponsored the team in their recent national competition and provided hands-on technical support to help them improve their robot design. We helped them make it lighter, stronger and more robust, and we are proud to say the team went on to win the national championship.
It was great to have them at the event, not just as guests but as an important part of the day. Their robot was on display, and they spent time talking to attendees about their design and build process. It was clear they knew their stuff.
A Day That Brought Everyone Together
What stood out most during the Open Day was the level of interaction. Customers were not just talking to us, they were talking to each other. Competitors were swapping ideas. Suppliers were learning how their parts fit into the bigger picture.
For us at ALPHR, the day reinforced a few things. First, that our team in Europe is doing incredible work, both technically and in how we build relationships. Second, that there is real value in bringing people together in the same space, not for a sales pitch, but for an honest exchange of ideas.
Looking Ahead
The Open Day reminded us why we do what we do. Whether we are supporting a customer project, helping a student team win their next challenge, or simply showing what is possible with the right approach, it all comes back to one thing: collaboration.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, and if you missed it this time, we hope to see you at the next one.
