KUKA RoboTrip 2026 Launches at ALPHR Technology

The future of industrial automation took centre stage on 29th April, as ALPHR Technology Europe hosted the KUKA RoboTrip 2026. The event, held at ALPHR’s state-of-the-art factory in Arad, brought together industry leaders, engineers, and tech enthusiasts to witness the latest advancements in robotics and smart manufacturing.

The roadshow, a series of four high-profile exhibitions planned for this year, is serving as a premier platform to showcase integrated automation solutions. Florin Cordoș, Managing Director at ALPHR Technology Europe, opened the event by saying, “We have been looking forward to this event for a long time, and we’re thrilled to be the first stop in this year’s series, providing a space where innovation meets practical application.”

Technology in Motion

The exhibition featured live demonstrations from some of the biggest names in the industry. Attendees explored cutting-edge stands from:

  • KUKA: Showcasing the next level of robotic intelligence and their latest operating systems.
  • Schunk: Demonstrating high-precision gripping systems and clamping technology.
  • Bosch Rexroth: Presenting modular solutions for the “Factory of the Future.”
  • Festo: Highlighting bionic-inspired automation and pneumatic systems.
  • SICK: Displaying advanced sensor intelligence for safety and efficiency.

One of the highlights included a presentation by Norbert Sebesi, Sales Manager at KUKA Robotics, who detailed the “digital sphere” of modern manufacturing. He emphasised how robots are evolving from simple tools into software-defined production partners, capable of adapting to complex environments in real-time.

The event wasn’t just about hardware; it was about the synergy of the partner ecosystem. Experts from across Europe led sessions on operational integrity, standardised acting in robotics, and the implementation of 3D simulation to de-risk automation projects.

“It was a successful first step,” noted Norbert Sebesi. “The level of interest from our customers and partners here in Arad shows that the industry is hungry for the kind of flexible, future-proof technology we are developing together.”

The event highlighted ALPHR Technology’s role as a global market leader and a vital hub for European automation.
